The proposed 4-color, high quality magazine would cover the six units of the division's activities. The topics covered included objectives, content, format, the name, staff, cost and the quantity to be printed. The proposal was well received by the deans/directors.

Action: Deans/directors should review the material distributed and submit comments to Dr. Watson. Suggestions relative to the name of the new publication would be particularly welcomed.
