The Office of Agricultural Communications (OAC) provides communication leadership, products, and services for the Division of Agriculture, Forestry, and Veterinary Medicine and to selected organizations. Our professionals apply their diverse expertise to help plan, design, and achieve effective communicaiton with key audiences in a wide range of media. Communication efforts focus on two main objectives. Foremost being the delivery of useful information to support research, extension, and teaching programs. The other is marketing programs of the Division and raising awareness of their value and impact.

OAC comprises four sections of professionals who work together to achieve communications objectives. Many projects are carried out by teams from two or more of these sections, as determined by the needs of the client and project.
